SECRET BODY SHAPING MACHO JAMES BOND
For
his role as James Bond is a job that a lot of dreaming about by the actors of
the world. And the lucky ones as a replacement for Pierce Brosnan is Daniel
Craig. Born in Cheshire, United Kingdom elected the 47 years ago because it has
the hefty body shape and fit his role as secret agent.
As
a secret agent, Daniel '' Bond '' Craig prosecuted can quell criminals with a
shootout scene. Therefore, Bond must have an ideal body shape and strong. In
addition to having to face the powerful criminals, a strong Bond body shape and
the stump should be able to attract the attention of the ladies because Bond is
identical to the agent at once hand-picked perayu.
Well,
to form the body like Craig does require discipline to practice. Following
exercises with the method of circuit trainning done Craig along with his

box jump up to 10 reps

to bar: 20 reps

3:
-Kettlebell
front squat to overhead press: 10 reps

up wood chop: 5 sets of 5 reps
Round
4:
-Maximum
distance blast on the rower: 3 sets, 1 minute rest 90 seconds
Craig
doing exercises with complete rounds one, two and three as much as 5 sets and
without a break. Then rest for one minute after completing the four rounds and
then again doing the rounds with a two-minute break during each exercise.
