Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center a leading 5 star Hotel in Pekanbaru, are urgently looking for a potential and top qualified Candidates for:

1. Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.
2. FB Manager.

Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 Hospitality Management or related education background from reputable university.
 - Minimum 3 years experience in the same field in 4-5 star hotel.
- Experienced in getting event or wedding account (for 1).
- Experienced in handling and managing fine dining restaurant operations (for 2).
- Experienced in drafting budgets and targets (for 1, 2).
- Have creative ideas to generate Hotel's revenue (for 1, 2).
- Well-groomed, discipline, standout personality, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of code of conduct and hotel policies and daily operation relating to personnel and staff.
- Able to operate hotel system (Power Pro) is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English, able to speak other foreign languages is an added advantage.
- Hardworker, and teamwork player.
- Problem solver, guests service oriented.
- Well-organized person, good planner.
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Good negotiation skills, target oriented, and create brand awareness (for 1, 2).
- Can work under tight deadlines and duty time frames.
- Honest, Loyal.
- Domiciled in Pekanbaru (or Sumatera island) will be first considered.
